I was surprised at the consistent 10-15 minute response times to all support requests. My experience, after shifting around many web hosting companies over the years, that the quality of support is one of the sticking points that I think is really important. Some companies could care less about you after you sign up and commit. Star Dot Hosting basically bent over backwards for me.
