SPR host added the good comment about thier own company. I have been with this host for one month and encountered lots of down time. They reply to ticktes in 48 hours telling you there was no problem. This company is a nightmare to deal with

I have been with SPR now for three months and have found them to be very helpful with all the processes involved in moving from my previous host and in the day to day running of my sites. Support has been very quick and what few issues I have had have been resolved very speedily. Regular backups are made and availability of the hosting service has been 100% (literally). The whm and cpanel interface has made such a difference to ease of administration (I was previously using a different panel). So impressed with SPR I shall be moving our company's hosting to them after Christmas.
