Worst service ever! I had a reseller account which was paid up to 1/7/2009 when 2 hard drives supposedly died on 10/28/2009. Sites are still down and Leslie Tan won't acknowledge any customers or refund. Don't use Qoozz! Read this thread at WHT: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=732488

Qoozz was perfect in the past 1 year of hosting until a recent accident that they claimed to have their Harddisk destroyed, resulting in backups of many sites sinking with the ship. All my data was lost and their support did not actually replied to our host for the past 1-2 weeks. it's really terrible. and seriously i won't want to host with this site again
