Don' Get Caught!! They offer a good price but later cheat you. Your hosting will end before your contract date. Believe all the poor comments about them. My hosting disappeared in less a year. They never emailed a notice or responded to any tickets. Plughost.com is a Total Rip-Off!

Support is 0!! Now, my site is ok, all my reseler plan is ok, but without one problem, i can`t access my WHM, and i post mooore tichet and i not receive any reply. I see: the plughost is a reseler of www.onlinenic.com, if you have any problem with plughost you can contact the onlinenic via online chat. And all problem will be resolved verry fast. I love onlinenic. Best regards.

nothing but downtime at plughost.....There is no support, If you send a trouble ticket It will not get responed to at all....

The host web site is even down this time....Can't even host themself

I've been using Plughost for about 9 months and have experienced nothing but downtime problems. I've been trying to get them to unlock my domain name for weeks, so I can move it to my new hosting company - hostgator. I have created support tickets that go unanswered, emailed their administrative box directly, and even emailed hostingez.com, who is listed as the registration service provider. No luck.

I think Plughost has gone out of business, because according to whois lookup this morning, their domain name expired yesterday. There are no longer any DNS records for plughost or my website. I don't know how to get my domain name released so I can move it - right now I'm just stuck. I have learned my lesson with cheap hosting providers - you get what you pay for. Stay away from plughost.

I first used PlugHost.com for a web project. Little did I know this company turns out to be a scam. They'll process the order, then send out a confirmation e-mail with your login details. Everything seems to be working fine until you try to access your website. There's absolutely no way to login and the name servers (NS) are false.

I come to found out based on searching for PlugHost reviews on Google that this has happened to MANY customers.

Later, I contacted the BBB and lodged a report of bad business. They couldn't do anything because there's no way of contacting the company via phone or e-mail. It's really THAT BAD!

So, I called my bank and had them remove the charges, might I add Bank of America has great customer service, and they took care of it from there.

Do not use PlugHost.com. It's a scam!
