Well you get what you pay for. 1. Very frustrating firewall which keep banning IPs for no reason. 2. Administrator keep deleting cpanel account if you only host a website or only email. So you either host both email and website on their server else NOTHING. 3. Support is very poor. I have open tickets which has been lodge 2 month ago and still has not been resolved. 4. I was once left with no email and website for roughly 10 days as server sorta crash or got hacked.
