Host always goes over and above required support level to ensure my sites are looked after. Tech support is extremely prompt and any requests are actioned within 12 hours of ticket being raised.

I've been with John's hosting for quite a while now, and I have to honestly say that it is the best hosting I've ever used. I started out with a small packaage, but when he went through and changed up the packages, I got the equivalent same-priced package, which more than doubled my storage and bandwidth. The support team is responsive and effective, and every one of my issues has been resolved completely.
