Support is awful and we have tickets unanswered for WEEKS despite constant requests for updates. One ticket is for a transfer pf the domain to another registrar. They've been asked countless times to unlock the domain so it can be transferred but the only response I ever get is: our team are looking into this and will get back to youe shortly. That was 5 weeks ago.

Seriously, look elswhere, there are 1000's of better hosts out there.

Support is slow and generally poor quality. It is very difficult to receive a cohesive response to any question. The support technician bragged how great the VM environment worked, but he was unable to install or get the environment to function on standard Dell hardware.

Repeat requests to visit my system have gone ignored and I am still waiting for a proper response after 14 days of waiting.

Sensors in the system are constantly indicating that the environment is too hot and the server room looks as if a bomb has gone off. Save yourself the trouble -- as soon as my one year commitment is done I am looking elsewhere.
