This company deserves 5 stars in my book. At first I was hesitant b/c of the price but after all the security issues on my website that kept popping up I decided to give them a shot. I am sooooooooo glad I did, b/c they are great all around, there services they offer are real, customer support is excellent. They have been in business since 2002 so they know what there doing. I am so thankful and not to mention they got my website to become PCI compliant!!!!!!! Wonderful!

Have been using Glowhost since 12/03. I have several shared hosting accounts, have referred many customers (sites I maintain) and have one dedicated server. Over the years there have been some problems on their end but they have all been dealt with by tec support in a timely and professional manor. They have also been responsive to questions I have had that were outside their realm of responsibility. Tec support is mostly via e-mail but I have found them to be very responsive even in the middle of the night (which is when I am usually working). In terms of features I am not in a position to judge this so I just left this set to average. I have been very happy with their services and do recommend them (and I can’t say that about most of the hosts I have dealt with in the last 10 years).
