The worst service ever. Sometimes you wonder if the idiots your are spending most of your time writing emails to do actually have a computer. I went through so many of them Simon F., Jason B, Samantha L. all more clueless than the previous ones. They broke all my sites when they migrated the sites form Webstrike (who by the way were fare superior). I gave them so many chances and ended up paying dearly. I now have a hosted server at 1and1.

I was with EasyCGI for a number of years. The first few were very pleasant, but the remaining were not. I'm not exactly sure what happened. Maybe they changed servers or merged with another company called "Your Web Hosting." Ever since, their tech support has been below average. I'm not pleased with this company, unfortunately. On the other hand, I didn't have any problems with my site going down, until I added an SSL certificate to my account.

Terrible support, terrible service. Tons of downtime, but then they deny that there was any. I have 6 different sites with them, all have problems and downtime on the regular. Can't wait to find a better host!

Worst experience ever! Broke both of my websites during the migration from Webstrike (they were great). Mine is sort of working now, but my client's no longer has an SSL certificate and does not allow for online trading anymore. Is my client happy? Ohhh no! This has been broken for many days and despite numerous attempts to contact these idiots via emails and finally via a phone call (at my expense from Australia), nothing has changed.

Here's the worst: They used an automated process to migrate my websites and the process actually CHANGED my code in parts to suit their servers. They then have the gall to suggest that if there's a problem I need to fix the scripts myself because the agreement states that they are not liable for any issues!

Even worse: Because they were unable to transfer the SSL certificate across from webstrike (not sure they actually know how this works), they actually ordered a new certificate for me from RapidSSL knowing full well I already owned one when it was being hosted at webstrike. I specifically asked them not to do this, but they ignored me. I'm not paying for it and I will fight it, but even so, it hasn't even been installed! I have no idea what they are doing because the website is still broken! My client moved on weeks ago because they were losing money. I spoke to about a dozen or more people in support and they simply quote the usual lines "our support engineer is looking at it and will get back to you within 12 to 48 hours..." (And this line is quoted at the end of each 12 to 48 hours, so it never actually gets to a final moment)... Trust me, they are not doing anything because they appear to have all lost the will to be helpful (either that they are all simply retarded).

They are a NIGHTMARE! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! We are pulling out despite probably losing money. It's not worth staying with these idiots. I hope they lose all of their captive x-webstrike customers and the deal goes so bad that they have to sack all of the staff that made such a mess of it all. The company that bought out webstrike is Endurance International Group, and I sincerely hope thay lose a LOT of money on this acquisition!
