Good array of hosting services (including WordPress support). About 3 times per year their email (POP3 & IMAP) servers go down for a few days; quite an annoyance for a business operation paying for hosting of the company's entire email system. In spite of this problem, Domain Direct (part of the Tucows organization) has turned out to be the best and most reliable host we've used.
