This service started out fine but in the past 1 and 1/2 months our service has been down a total of almost 8 hours. Customer service has been vauge on why it has been down and I get half hearted assurances it wont happen again. This time its a node, that time its a backup hung up, this time its a problem with the VPS software, yada yada yada. if you have THAT many individual problems going on I have 0 confidence in your company...1 long lasting issue would be more encouraging at least I had moved hosting out of being in house to try to get HIGHER reliability....big mistake....it coming back in house i will warn everytone I know about these people!

We are a small outsourcing company, we decided to purchase hosting from BODHost less than a month ago, because I had read good reports about them, but now I would say AVOID them like the PLAGUE!! Since then I have reinstalled my server twice and now it is password protected from the internet, without any reason. Prior to that the server was down for around 5 days, for this they have tried to shift the blame to me by saying I have installed something that has corrupted the core files. Plesk has not worked on the server since the first time the server needed reinstalling. I setup my website in plesk with all options unlimited, but found I could not add more than one email address to my domain name, but now Plesk does not run at all. I have been a server administrator for 7 years and have never had so many problems with a server. The battle with them for a refund continues, as I cannot justify the money for something that does not function!! Update: Bodhost still owe our company a refund and it seems to us will not pay! This money was promised to us before the end of April 2008. It is now 4th June 2008 and still no sign of the money. If anyone gets to read this, be aware that I had endless problems with the server. My Corporate VPS was down for almost 1 week and the cause was shifted to me instead of trying to maintain customer satisfaction, I asked for the refund under the 30 days money back guarentee and was told I could have less than half back and have now waited over 1 month for the money to come back.
