Gigenet is an alright provider for the most part. One particular thing I don't like about them is their billing policy regarding cancellations. Even if I were to signup a server today and cancel tomorrow, I'd have to pay for two months worth of service as they require 30 days in advance for cancellations. It's not exactly draconian by any means but it's sort of a sleezy way of forcing users to pay for another month despite not wanting it. Not something I expected out of Gigenet in all honesty.

I have has a server at Gigenet for a while now and I can truly say they are the best dedicated server provider I have ever used. Their network is fast and has always been stable for me except for a single outage. Their support responds in minutes and always works out the issue. I can't recommend this company enough and look forward to working with them in the future.
