BlueWho focus on reseller-type accounts and I've found them to be a great solution for me. I have a number of websites of my own, plus I host some sites for friends. The few times I've needed support, they've always been very responsive and friendly. The service seems very stable and suits my needs nicely.

I used this host when I was with old company. I have to say we were very happy. Up time was great, support was fast, and they had good stat tracking. The only negative is the price. $20 for 2GB is a lot and since it hasn't lower it's price in since we started 4 years ago, it's kind of expensive.
