AllureHost

I've been with Allurehost for a little over two years now; my entire setup was pretty expeditious, well documented and easy to follow.

There were a few issues in the middle of last year, with the SQL databases that I had for my forums; but they were resolved very quickly and in an exceptionally courteous manner.

I think in my two years, I've had an aggregate downtime of about ~.5 of a day, maximum.

I'm so glad I found AllureHost. I've searched for awhile before leaving my last host and wanting to be sure I wasn't jumping out of the pot into the frying pan. I couldn't have made a better decision than going with AllureHost.

I am amazed at how fast I get a response to my questions regardless of if it's via phone, e-mail or chat.

I called tech support after hours because I thought the site was down, I was not expecting a call back until a day or two later, even though it was after hours (almost 9pm) I received a call back within 15 minutes!!! WOW. By the way, the site was not down, I'd locked myself out by using the wrong password too many times. That's a great security feature if you ask me.

I was with a point and click company, so going to Allure Host is a bit different for me, but John and Salvador are so patient and thorough!!! They have never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question, and they advise me of all the options.

Allure host has so much to choose from. With their prices being what they are, you get much more than your money's worth. No need to keep searching AllureHost is the best choice hands down.

Allurehost is very relaible on my website, when we had a 3 day outage after it, they would call me up and tell me everything is going ok and my items are back up and running. I was very impressed that they accually called, no other host, I mean never in my life that i was called from my hoster which makes it very unqiue. They also have very great prices for starters into websiting. I think Allurehost should be reconized for all its hard work done to help out the community. I am very impressed and thankful I have a great hoster like Allurehost!

A while back AllureHost experience a server outage that was pretty serious and involved a complete rebuild. However throughout this process their technical support was absolutely superior to any other support I have ever came across. They restored backups and worked day and night to help specific problems with the sites. When the server outage occurred I really wondered if I should stick with this hosting provider, but after re-thinking it... no one would provide support as well as they did, and I will never switch to a never hosting provider because of that very reason.

The features are phenomenal, they're always improving their website in an effort to make things easier for their customers. They also keep adding features and upgrading cPanel to help improve the ease of use and keep your sites secure.

AllureHost is truly a great hosting provider and is definitely my #1 recommendation to those looking for hosting providers.

I use Allurehost hosting and I have to say its been a pleasure. I haven't had any major issues (which is good to start with) but the questions I have had have been handled promptly and without issue. All I can say is that they're very helpful, the hosting itself has worked out great, and the price is fine, especially for the quality of service. Definitely recommended!

Excellent support and knowledge brought me too this host. After having long conversions about past hosting services, they got me on the right track and I have never have any problems since. Downtime is expected but they kept me updated on the news periodically which I thought was very professional.

So I've been with allurehost for about less than a host. The support is phenomenal, the pricing is great(build-a-plan), but currently my site has been down for about 13 hours. This really hurts me because my site is fairly large and provides information for upwards of 800 people. I'm considering switching hosts if the downtime isn't resolved in about 2 hours since the guarantee is still in effect and anyway I dice I will still lose alot.

This is a great startup Linux/cPanel web hosting company based in the US, with tech support in the US... no outsourcing of tech support to another country.

Their trouble ticket system is fast, usually within the hour, and if necessary I can talk by phone, usually with one of the owners.

Support requests are usually answered within a few minutes, not hours or days. Very reliable and friendly host.
